LIABILITY:
By enrolling with Cook For Now, the participant does so at their own risk. Cook For Now, their employees, staff and officers shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from personal injury or loss of property.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR Cook For Now CLASSES
When a student enrolls in a Cook For Now program, they are committing to the duration of the course package. Payment should be made in full for whichever class or package that has been scheduled on or before the first lesson.
CLASSES CANCELLED BY Cook For Now
WEATHER
Classes will be cancelled should the HK Observatory raise the following signals. - Black Storm warning- Typhoon No.8 Signal and above.The students will be informed by email or WhatsApp and no refund will be provided.
UNANTICIPATED EVENTS:
In the event any classes are subsequently cancelled due to unanticipated cancellation of venue, conflict in times or teachers, Cook For Now will arrange a replacement option accordingly.
EXCLUSIONS:
No make up classes can be offered due to force majeure; non-controllable eventsdue to noncontrollable events like wars, civil riots, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, fires, strikes, government restriction or other circumstances beyond Cook For Now' control.
CLASSES CANCELLED BY STUDENTS:
If your child does not show up and misses a class without a prior written approval from Cook For Now, the class will be charged and deducted from their package. No refund will be made in such cases. Refunds, make-up classes or credit notes cannot be made once the semester has started. For sick leave, at least 2 hours notification in advance is required with a doctor note provided. Make-up classes will be arranged for a sick leave absence.
DISCOUNTS, COMPENSATION AND REFUNDS:
Cook For Now may run promotional pricing for classes and camps on periodical basis. In the event that a customer does not utilize a certain promotion - it is the sole discretion of Cook For Now whether to offer compensation.
CONDUCT:
It is our Mission for all candidates to enjoy the class with the greatest amount of fun and joy. We kindly ask all candidates, parents and guardians to respect the policies enforced by Cook For Now, to ensure that the allocated uniform is worn at all times, the class members are punctual and general manners and polite conduct are encouraged during the class duration.
PHOTOS:
By signing up, The guardian gives permission to Cook For Now to use photos taken of the student in class for marketing purposes, as well as on social media.
